TICKETS FOR THE BACH B-MINOR MASS BY MUSICA SACRA ON MARCH 21ST, 2015 at 7:30pm in the MEETINGHOUSE On Saturday March 21st, the birthday of J.S. Bach, the Cambridge based chorale Musica Sacra will perform the Mass in B-minor in our sanctuary at 7:30pm with a Boston-based Baroque Instrumental Ensemble and distinguished vocal Soloists. Sunday — April 3rd from 2-5 pm in the church Vestry. Come enjoy folk singing, dancing and games with live music! Activities are appropriate for ages 5 and up. Parents are responsible for their children. For safety’s sake, everyone must dance in shoes, not socks or bare feet. Suggested Donation: $10 – one adult plus kids; $5 each additional adult.

Improvisation for Beginners Professional actor and teacher Peter Berkrot will lead a class on improvisation downstairs at the Gloucester Unitarian Universalist Church, 10 Church Street, on Saturday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to noon. Students will learn to improve observation and listening skills, respond truthfully, and discover the joys of the moment and the creativity that emerges from simply being present.
